The Covid-19 Pandemic has been a long time coming... Is it predicting the future health of our world?

Hey folks!

I know this has been an incredibly hard time for many people, but I would be remiss not to voice my personal understanding of what’s going on in reference to the development of the Covid-19 pandemic and vaccine protocol.

Based on what I hear in mainstream media (which I try to avoid at all costs anyway), it does seem that most people think Covid-19 just popped up out of nowhere. An invisible enemy that wiped across the world, taking out everyone in it’s path.

But I want to take you a little deeper because history repeats itself and this kind of thinking is dangerous to future generations.

This pandemic is part of a health epidemic that's been around for a long time, well before Covid-19 ever showed up.

It's kind of like a flare up - it's been building for awhile, but once the worst of it comes, it's completely disabling. This begs the question - is Covid-19 just a flare up of a much bigger crisis?

Between extreme obesity, astronomical stress levels, mental and emotional health deterioration, and a drastic increase in chronic illnesses (particularly inflammation related diseases) in the past 50-100 years - we've been watching a trend in increased vulnerability to our biological health on an individual and macro level for quite some time.

This is occurring for a myriad of reasons that I won't get into in this post (but can definitely write about in another one!).

The point is - If you believe that getting the vaccine is the heroic thing to do for others OR if you feel resistant to getting the vaccine to protect your own health, then learning to take care of your mental, emotional, and physical wellbeing is the only logical next step for both parties to honor and protect yourself and your community for the future. The vaccine is a band aid - helpful for the immediate crisis, but not preventative of future injuries.

If we can all work to heal ourselves, strengthen our immune system, and build a healthier emotional connection with ourself and our planet - we can protect ourselves as a collective from a rapid decline in health and better defense against inevitable future pandemics.

This article is an easy and interesting read. I highly suggest it if you're curious as to why some areas and people experience Covid differently than others.

Sending you all love during these trying times. 💛

Warmly,

Carolyn Rachel
